What we collect and why

We collect the contact details you provide and the lead exports or screenshots you upload, only to build your audit and proof packets and contact you about them. When enabled, the Meta pixel collects basic ad analytics, including page views and form or checkout events, to measure our ads. We do not send your uploaded files or form field contents to the pixel.

Your accounts stay yours

We never ask for your password and never log in to your platform accounts. We don't sell or share your lead data with other businesses for their own use.

Storage and retention

Files are stored in Vercel Blob. Refundra limits who receives file links to the people preparing your audit and packets. The files use unlisted public links: anyone with the full link can access them, so keep those links private. Vercel stores the files, and our email relay uses Google to deliver your request to Refundra.

We delete audit files on request, and within 90 days after an audit if you don't start a plan. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
